All orders will be processed in US Dollars.

DRIPPO accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help.

Before contacting us, please check the tracking link we sent in your dispatch email to view up to date tracking information.

Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all your contact details are up to date.

If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number. Contact Us

It depends on whether we have already shipped your order or not. Usually, it takes us a couple of hours from the time you placed the order to do so. Please contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we would be able to cancel it.

On occasions we are unable to send all the items you have ordered. We will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order so please check your mailbox.

We will refund any payment taken for items that have not been sent.

We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged item. This delivery does not reflect DRIPPO standards. Please e-mail our service team. We will also need pictures of the damaged item, including of the outer packaging. Once we have received your e-mail, we will discuss the matter with our complaints department and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please also retain the outer packaging until you receive our response, as the damage may have been caused by the carrier and we need the outer packaging for our damage report.

If the item(s) you’ve ordered are out of stock at the time of packing your order, we need to cancel it.

An order will also be cancelled if the billing address details don’t match the details your bank has on record.

We send an email out to confirm the cancellation and you have not been charged / will get a refund within 3-5 days.

If you are getting error messages when making a payment, please make sure you have entered all the details correct. You might want to contact your bank to make sure there are no problems with your card.

If you’re still experiencing problems, please contact us and include as much detail as you can around the error:

  • The error message you are seeing
  • A description of the problem
  • What payment method you are trying to use
  • What products are you’re trying to purchase
  • What internet browser you are using 
  • Any other details that could be useful

    If your credit/debit card was declined, please check if your card has expired or perhaps your billing address for the card is different from the one you have on file with us.

Your card provider will have more information.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Usually it takes 24 hours for our staff to arrange your order and send it to our delivery company.

Local shipping (Israel) – Up to 4 business days

International shipping – 5-10 Business days

We are doing our best to make it as quick as possible.

In our dispatch email you’ll have your unique tracking number for your order. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t got the email.

It depends whether if we already shipped your order or not. Usually it take us 24 hours since you made the order to do so.
Please contact us as quick as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we would be able to cancel it.

Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees, custom duties or levies may apply according to local legislation.

These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.

We have no control over these charges and can’t predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Once your returned order has been processed by our staff, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

As soon as we receive the return it will be checked by us and we will refund your money. This takes up to 14 working days after arrival.
Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
